David's Red Hot Fish Bites - a great way to eat Catfish or Snakeheads

Ingredients:
- Snakehead or Catfish Filets
- Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce
- All Purpose Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil for frying
How to Prepare:
Dice Snakehead or Blue Catfish filets into squares or strips depending on your preference/cooking method.
Coat in Franks Red Hot Buffalo WINGS Sauce* Make sure it’s the Wings version not the regular hot sauce, it’s thicker. Allow to soak for at least 5-10 min.
While the fish is soaking, mix all purpose flour with salt, pepper and additional seasonings of your choice (garlic powder, onion powder, etc.). When ready, toss your fish bites in the flour, coat them twice if you like them extra crispy.
Fry in 2-3 inches of oil until golden brown.
Dip in ranch or bleu cheese to enjoy as a side or put them on tacos to wow a party!
